Our programs are based on these key points:                

 

  • Lifestyle Re-design — Assess your life. Determine what needs focusing on and create a new mindset and habits that support your goals and vision of yourself.​

  • Awareness — Awareness precedes change. Transformation requires a new level of self-awareness as you restore aspects of yourself that have been compromised by stress, pain and dis-ease. ​

  • Primary Foods™ — Consider this as whole-self nourishment or nourishment for the soul. Food for the body is essential, but not enough. Primary foods nourish us, but they don't come on a  plate.​

  • Stress Management — Identifying and managing your personal stressors and the habits that are not currently serving you and putting into place self-care practices is one of the most effective ways for helping you to regain energy, lose stubborn fat, and to look and feel great.

To support you along your wellness journey, we offer the option of a DIY self-paced, home program, 3 group programs, or more personalized one-to-one private coaching. Our group programs are intentionally kept small to maintain the intimate setting and ensure that every woman receives the attention she deserves.

Having someone by your side to keep you on track makes all the difference, and holds you accountable to yourself for success.

If you're looking for a gentle yet powerful method that can help you release negative emotions around an event from the past, overcome negative habits, self-sabotaging behavior, release anxiety and create a greater sense of well-being, Personal Breakthrough session is for you.  This will give you the momentum to get yourself back on track and overcome mental and emotional blocks that have been slowing you down or stopping you from achieving your goals. T

 

The Personal Breakthrough session is $180 and typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. 

We also offer 3, 6 or 10-session packages.

Vibrant Woman Journey

Your Feel-Good, Look-Good Wellness Journey

 

You have the ability to bounce back, to reinvent yourself, to reclaim your health, your vitality and your life!

 

It's in you, even if you feel you've lost touch with that part of yourself. You can awaken that vibrant woman within that's waiting to express herself — the YOU that is confident, energized, and ready to step into her personal power. This is a wellness coaching program unlike any you've ever experienced. Over the course of 6 months, we'll cover a variety of topics — all with the aim of building your resilience, creating balance, reclaiming vibrancy, and a healthier you. During the program, you will assess aspects of your life and identify where your energy drain is. You will put into practice simple techniques to build resilience and create a personal nourishment menu that will take you from feeling depleted to feeling focused and fabulous. Your energy levels will improve, you will feel renewed and experience a restored sense of balance, wellbeing and reconnect with yourself. Get ready to dive deep with group calls, activities and action steps that will help you to create the change you are looking for.

Letting Go: Healing from Emotional Pain

Everyone has been hurt in relationships - whether it's a romantic partner, friend or family. Few people are able to let that pain go so they can move on with their lives without the past mudding their joy.

 

People have a tendency to get caught in their anger and pain after they've been hurt. There are mental, emotional, and physical reasons why it is difficult to release this pain.

 

One area that can make it difficult to release the past is the misunderstanding of what forgiveness is. People often think forgiveness absolves the other person of anything that happened. You’ll discover this is incorrect.

 

Strategies and exercises to release the past range from recognizing your personal power, nurturing yourself, changing your thoughts, and discovering how to manage your feelings.

In this course, you'll learn:

  • Why forgiveness is crucial to your mental, emotional, and physical health
     

  • How childhood beliefs can interfere with releasing the past
     

  • You have the power within you to release the past
     

  • Forgiveness brings freedom
     

  • Strategies to assist you in letting go of past hurts

Beyond Food: Putting An End To Emotional Eating

Is food your best friend in times of stress?
 
Do anxiety-ridden situations send you running to your favorite comfort food?

 

These are obvious situations where feeding yourself is a direct response to some emotional need. However, emotional eating is not always so cut and dry.

 

Aside from being problematic to your waistline, when you eat for emotional and mental reasons rather than to fuel your body, serious health problems can develop. And since in your mind you are justifying your behavior, it can be very difficult to identify the real reasons you are eating, and then reverse this potentially dangerous situation.

Eating food is meant to be a pleasurable activity that’s healthy,  natural, free of guilt, satisfies our physical hunger as well as promoting health. Eating in response to feelings rather than hunger can take a toll on your mind and body. 

​

The emptiness you feel cannot be filled with food. Eating a chocolate bar or a bag of chips may feel good in the moment, but the stress and worries return soon after. Moreover, you end up feeling guilty.

​

Needless to say, this behavior can have a negative effect on your health and efforts in reaching your ideal weight.

​

And what do most of us tend to do as a result?  You guessed it...go on yet another diet!

​
