Hi, I'm Yarah, your personal resilience coach and accountability

partner on this journey to a vibrant you. 

​

Like you, I've had health challenges which left me feeling

as if I wouldn't ever be pain-free or be able to reclaim my life.

My health challenge began as early as 2002 when I was

diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

​

But I've now been pain-free for over 10 years.

​

This was a process that took me a while to develop. And learning

to deal with my health issues showed me just how powerful our

lifestyle choices are. And I wanted to make this process and these

benefits available to the women who would appreciate having

their life back.

​

So, I also went and trained as a holistic health coach and became

a certified NLP(Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner.

I wanted to be able to provide real value to the ladies who trust me

with helping them to transform their lives.

 

I incorporate tools and techniques from my training to help identify what emotions, stress

triggers, beliefs, and lifestyle imbalances are stopping you or slowing you down from feeling

your personal best. ​
