My Journey Back to Health
In 2002, everything changed.
​
I was a work-from-home mom with 3 children, still nursing my youngest—and a body that felt like it was falling apart. I had unexplained chronic pain, deep fatigue, stubborn weight gain, constant bloating, thinning hair, trouble sleeping, difficulty focusing, and rising anxiety. I thought I would never be pain free or get my life back on track.
Doctor after doctor. Test after test. Eventually, the diagnosis came: fibromyalgia.

The solution? A regimen of medication... but only if I stopped breastfeeding. That wasn’t an option for me. It didn’t align with how I wanted to care for myself and my family.
So I made a different choice—one that led me on a path of deep healing and self-discovery.

One rooted in self-trust, natural healing, and a fierce commitment to reclaim my life.
My Wake-up Call
This was the moment I realized something had to change.
I began reassessing everything—nutrition, stress, sleep, beliefs, emotional health, and lifestyle. It became a journey of deep self-reflection and steady action.
I made changes:

Cleaned up my diet

Removed toxins from my home and body

Improved sleep hygiene

Learned to manage stress

Reconnected spiritually
The result?
Over time, I became pain-free, lost 42 pounds, regained my energy, reduced anxiety and felt more connected to my body and intuition than ever before.

This experience showed me how much our lifestyle, emotions, and unspoken stressors shape our health—and it sparked a calling in me to support other women navigating their own midlife transitions - to guide other women back to themselves—body, mind, and spirit.
